"Welcome to our lake retreat!!"

"LakeView House" is a recently remodeled lake home, located across a private road from beautiful Claytor Lake in the mountains of Southwest VA.  Some work is still in progress, however it is at the rear of the house and will, in no way, inconvenience your stay. It is suitable for families of 8-10, who want an elegant, yet comfortable place to reconnect. Also a perfect lodging for VT and RU events, "Lakewood Lodge" wedding guests, as well as Thanksgiving  and Christmas family gatherings. Our other property is located nearby for extra guests.

• On second floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds,1 queen bed, 1 twin with 1 twin trundle

• Inflatable, queen air mattress

• you provide linens

• 1 regular sofa on first floor.

• 3 full baths

• Fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with huge double refrigerator and freezer

AVAILABILITY CALENDAR

Rates:

Peak Season- May 1- November 30- $195 nightly, $1250 weekly.

Also the rate for VT/RU games and events and holidays.

Minimum 2 night stay preferred- 3 nights on holiday weekends.

Off Peak - Dec. 1 - April 30, (excluding holidays), $160 nightly weekends  $145 nightly weekdays,

$1000 weekly

Discounts considered for last minute reservations.
