Advance Deposit Required:

A credit/debit card number to hold reservation must be given over the phone. Payment is preferred by check or money order. A $10 processing fee is charged if payment is made by credit card. Also, a signed Lease Agreement is required to secure reservations.

*Due to significant increases of bank and credit card processing fees, we prefer that payment be paid by check or money order. We will discuss payment options when you call to make your reservations.

Merchant Services

We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, Checks. Please view lease agreement for more information.

"Event" fees will apply for any larger than normal family vacation, (such as a family or class reunion.)

These will vary depending on the number of guests and the activities planned, and range from $50-$200.

Standard Peak Rates - May 28-November 30

$160 (2 Night minimum, 3 night minimum for holidays)

May discuss one night rentals in special circumstances.

Occupancy

Absolute maximum of 8. Rates above are for 4 person occupancy. A one time $25 fee for over 4 guests. (Infants do not change rate).

Mid- season rates - March 15-May 27, $120 per weeknight (Sun Thur) , $125 per weekend night (Fri.- Sat.) or $800 per week.

Off-season Rates: December 1- March 14th, $720.00 per week. or $100 week nights, Sunday through Thursday nights and $115 weekend nights, Friday and Saturday nights.

(VT or RU events and holiday weekends - standard rates of $160 nightly regardless of date.)

Last minute vacancies may be discounted. Call, you never know!

Deluxe Packages

Sweetheart Package	Call for details of this package. $75.00 Extra Includes grocery shopping service, flowers, champagne, chocolates and more!
VA Tech/RU Package	Call for details of this package. $75.00 Extra Includes grocery shopping service and more!
Grocery Service only	Call for details. $45.00 extra will have your groceries waiting on you when you arrive! Email us your grocery list! No need to drive back out to the grocery store after you arrive!

Additional Fees

Pet Fee	$30.00 Extra (for max. of 2)
Cancellation Fee	All reservations are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. Your fees will be returned minus a $50 processing fee up until that time. Lakewood Log Homes, LLC cannot refund money due to circumstances beyond our control.
Damage Fee	Damage fee will be charged within ten days of departure if any damage, smoking inside, unusual cleaning, missing items or parking on the grass. Terms are, (at our discretion), $100 or actual replacement/repair costs. You will be notified prior to any charges.
Cleaning fee	If you choose to have us do the cleaning, or if you do not clean properly to provide a clean lodging for the next guests, the cleaning fee is $60-$75. This depends on the number of guests and the amount of time it takes to return the lodge to optimal rental condition..
Canoe rental/paddle boat	Available per week or per day. Please reserve in advance.
